退貨申請流程
- 請於收貨後 3日內 聯絡我們
- 提供訂單編號及問題商品照片
- 我們將於1–3個工作天內回覆處理
退款安排
- 經確認後,將安排退款或補寄商品
- 退款將以原付款方式退回
- 處理時間約為 5–10個工作天
注意事項
- 所有退貨必須保持原包裝完整
- 本店保留最終決定權
